The Nationalist Movement Party strongly believes that every human being has some personal, untouchable, inalienable and irrevocable fundamental rights and liberties by birth; that these rights, and the power and liberty of using these rights equally with others are sacred; and that it is indispensable and undeferable to protect these rights from any kind of abuse, securing them and making them functional.

Acknowledging the limit of the freedom of using one’s rights as the limit of the freedom of using other people’s rights at the same time, our Party defends that the freedom of our fellow citizens to use their rights has a coexisting and expanding feature.

Our party adopts contributing to the development, strengthening and spreading of universal legal norms that aim to secure human rights and freedom. For this reason; respecting all principal rights and freedom especially individual safety and immunity of citizens, their right to express their ideas and live as they wish, except for acts and practices against the inseparable unity of the state with its country and nation, is our principle.
